Our ZCPE-pilot operated breather valve with flame arrester represents a significant leap in tank safety technology. Unlike a traditional breather valve, the pilot-operated design ensures that seat leakage remains minimal even as the internal pressure approaches the set point. This allows for a full flow without overpressure, maintaining a precise tank pressure balance while significantly reducing product loss from medium volatility—making it a top-tier energy-saving solution.

Beyond pressure management, this system is built for reliability in extreme climates. By utilizing the principles of vapor heat transfer, we’ve ensured that critical breather valve components are protected from freezing, allowing for consistent performance in cold weather. Additionally, the integrated flame arrester provides a robust fire-retardant and explosion-proof barrier for the vapor space.

Every fire-resistant breather valve we produce features a simplified, corrosion-resistant structure optimized for high ventilation volume and low leakage. We use high-grade Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) to provide superior low-temperature and anti-frost capabilities. For ultimate safety, each breather valve is equipped with an electrostatic protection device, ensuring the valve and the tank maintain the same potential at all times to eliminate spark risks.
