The ZCZGB-IV is engineered for “final-barrier” protection. Unlike in-line models, this atmospheric Flame Arrester is built to withstand direct environmental exposure without compromising its quenching capability.

  • Minimal Pressure Drop: The open-area design of the weather hood is optimized to provide maximum venting capacity with minimal resistance, protecting tanks from structural stress.

  • Superior Material Durability: Available in heavy-duty Carbon Steel or premium 304/316L Stainless Steel to resist atmospheric corrosion and aggressive chemical vapors.

  • Bird & Debris Screening: Includes an internal protective screen that prevents insects, birds, and wind-blown waste from clogging the vent stack.

Installation:

  1. Remove all flange cover and discard all packaging materials.
  2. Check the seat, the matching flange gasket on the seat surface. It must be clean, flat, scratch-free, corrosion-resistant, tool traces.
  3. Check the gasket to ensure that the material is suitable forapplication.
  4. Lubricate all studs and nuts with proper thread lubricant. If the fastener is a high temperature stainless steel material, a back-grabbing compound, such as molybdenum disulfide, is used.
  5. Inside gasket of bolt ring.
  6. Installing flange of Inline flame arrester shell to butt with flange of pipeline, attention should be paid to the position of lifting handle and top nut of In line flame arrester element to facilitate the removal of In line flame arrester elements in the future.

Under normal circumstances, (fire) breathing valve operating pressure to B shall prevail;

Applicable materials: gasoline, kerosene, diesel, aromatics, sulfur, air and other petrochemical materials;

Environment temperature: -40 °C -+60 °C;
